THE PROCESS

1. Let's get to know you and your company -
What is your vision or brief and your budget?
Tenancy plans, Centre Management requirements or fitout guide lines?
Target dates

2. To the drawing board -
Concept planning
Preliminary plans can be sent by email or hard copy for you to look over and get feed back to us for our second meeting. We're always at the end of the phone for any questions.

3. Let's meet again -
We'll go through the concept plan together explaining the design and improving it together to meet your individual requirements.

4. Back to the drawing board -
We update our plans and get ready for our design presentation where we will walk you through the design and ensuring that your requirements are met. We're nearly there now.

5. The bottom line - cost.
Our estimators go through the design getting the best quotes from our subcontractors and suppliers, to give you the best value for money.
By fax, hand or email you will receive our quote to look over and ask us any questions.
On your acceptance of our quote we will prepare our contract. This will need to be signed and the deposit paid before further work can begin.

6. Now the Revolution Retail team get busy -
The office really gets busy. Working drawings are prepared for your store. Council and Centre approvals are finalised.
The schedule of works prepared.
Items that are truly individual to you and your way of working are rechecked to ensure all requirements are met.
Our factory is in full swing too. Orders placed, cutting lists, materials ordered.
Your store begins to come to reality on our factory floor.
Our site manager is on the job organizing the sub contractors and ensuring everything and everyone is on schedule.
The trucks are loaded and your fixtures and fittings are ready to be installed.
The fine details of finishing are checked.

7. The hand over -
Our site manager, or our representative will do our final inspection with you to ensure our workmanship meets your expectations.
It's all yours now and opening day is in sight.
